StageRoot is a mobile application that provides AI-powered performance analysis and personal development coaching. Users submit video recordings to receive AI-based feedback on presentations, communication, and camera performance.
You are responsible for the security of your account. You should not share your login credentials with third parties. You are held responsible for all activities performed through your account.
Misusing the application, submitting inappropriate content, attempting to manipulate the system, negatively affecting other users' experience, or using the application for illegal purposes is prohibited. Content containing violence, hate speech, racism, sexual or obscene material, or promotion of illegal activities will not be analyzed.
Premium ($9.99/month) and Pro ($19.99/month) subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period. Cancellations must be made through the respective store at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refund policies are subject to Apple and Google's policies. Credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable.
Premium offers a 10-day free trial and Pro offers a 15-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. If not cancelled before the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the subscription rate.
StageRoot uses a credit-based system for analyses. Free users receive 50 credits upon email verification. Credits are consumed when analyses are completed successfully. If an analysis fails, no credits are deducted. Credit balances do not expire but are non-transferable.
AI analyses are based on algorithmic evaluations and may not always be accurate or comprehensive. AI feedback does not replace professional training, medical, or psychological counseling. StageRoot does not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis results. All AI-generated feedback includes a disclaimer noting its nature.
The StageRoot application, its design, logo, and content belong to StageRoot. Users retain ownership rights to their submitted content but grant StageRoot a license to use it for analysis purposes. This license is limited to the duration of the analysis and the 24-hour retention period.
StageRoot does not guarantee that the application will operate without interruption or error. No liability is accepted for direct or indirect damages that may arise from technical issues, data loss, or AI analysis errors. StageRoot's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
StageRoot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, all user data is permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Giriş bilgilerinizi üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmamanız gerekmektedir. Hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleştirilen tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlu tutulursunuz.
Uygulamayı kötüye kullanmak, uygunsuz içerik göndermek, sistemi manipüle etmeye çalışmak, diğer kullanıcıların deneyimini olumsuz etkilemek veya uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmak yasaktır. Şiddet, nefret söylemi, ırkçılık, cinsel veya müstehcen içerik ya da yasadışı faaliyet teşviki içeren içerikler analiz edilmez.
Premium (aylık $9.99) ve Pro (aylık $19.99) abonelikler Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden işlenir. Abonelikler dönem sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir. İptal işlemleri, yenileme tarihinden en az 24 saat önce ilgili mağaza üzerinden yapılmalıdır. İade politikaları Apple ve Google'ın politikalarına tabidir. Kredi paketleri tek seferlik satın alımlardır ve iade edilemez.
Premium 10 günlük, Pro 15 günlük ücretsiz deneme sunar. Deneme süresi boyunca istediğiniz zaman ücret ödemeden iptal edebilirsiniz. Deneme süresi bitmeden iptal edilmezse abonelik otomatik olarak başlar ve abonelik ücreti ödeme yönteminizden tahsil edilir.
StageRoot, analizler için kredi tabanlı bir sistem kullanır. Ücretsiz kullanıcılar e-posta doğrulamasının ardından 50 kredi alır. Krediler, analizler başarıyla tamamlandığında harcanır. Analiz başarısız olursa kredi düşülmez. Kredi bakiyeleri süresiz geçerlidir ancak başkasına devredilemez.
Yapay zeka analizleri algoritmik değerlendirmelere dayanır ve her zaman doğru veya kapsamlı olmayabilir. AI geri bildirimleri profesyonel eğitim, tıbbi veya psikolojik danışmanlık yerine geçmez. StageRoot, AI analiz sonuçlarının doğruluğu konusunda garanti vermez. Tüm AI tarafından üretilen geri bildirimler, niteliğini belirten bir sorumluluk reddi içerir.
StageRoot uygulaması, tasarımı, logosu ve içeriği StageRoot'a aittir. Kullanıcılar gönderdikleri içeriklerin mülkiyet haklarını korur ancak StageRoot'a analiz amacıyla kullanım lisansı verir. Bu lisans, analiz süresi ve 24 saatlik saklama süresiyle sınırlıdır.
StageRoot, uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez. Teknik aksaklıklar, veri kaybı veya AI analiz hataları nedeniyle oluşabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez. StageRoot'un toplam sorumluluğu, kullanıcının önceki 12 ayda ödediği tutarla sınırlıdır.
StageRoot, bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar. Kullanıcılar hesaplarını istedikleri zaman uygulama ayarlarından silebilir. Fesih halinde tüm kullanıcı verileri kalıcı olarak silinir.
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içi bildirim veya e-posta yoluyla kullanıcılara bildiririz. Değişikliklerden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklar İstanbul, Türkiye mahkemelerinde çözülecektir.
